Excel Staff Ltd was formed in 2002 and is one of the leading providers of flexible temporary and permanent healthcare staff across the UK. We are a dynamic company with very strong credentials in the recruitment industry for over 15 years.
We also demonstrate a commitment to delivering diversity and equal opportunities by developing appropriate policies within our recruitment process. The carers we provide are only selected once they have gone through a vigorous recruitment process to include an enhanced DBS check, right to work checks, document verification checks (check carried out to establish if documents are genuine) professional references, and up to date training records. In addition to this all our staff carry photo ID issued by us.
We provide an up to date profiles of our carers to our clients before they begin their work. We ensure our staff are fully trained with the mandatory trainings.
