School Minibus Driver (16-Seater) – Harrow

We are seeking reliable and professional Minibus Drivers to join our team in Harrow. This role is essential for providing safe and dependable transport for children between their homes and school.

The Role

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, split-shift.

• Total Hours: 25 hours per week (fixed).

• Shift Pattern: 2.5 hours in the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon.

• Route: Home-to-school collections and afternoon returns within the Harrow area.

Requirements

• Licence: Must hold a valid UK driving licence with D1 entitlement.

• Location: Candidates must reside in or within very close proximity to Harrow.

• Clearance: Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and a driving assessment.

• Communication: Fluent English is required for the safety and care of the children.

Pay & Contract

• Rate of Pay: Competitive hourly rate in line with National Living Wage (paid weekly).

• Statutory Benefits: Includes enrolment in the Company Pension Scheme and accrued Holiday Pay.

• Training Provided: We offer full training for MiDAS and Manual Handling for successful candidates who do not already hold these certifications.
